Text Box: Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Cayuga Lake, on the west side of the lake, one 
mile down, off Route 89, in Covert, NY. Nearby city’s and townships and approximate mileage, include: Trumansburg (6 miles), Ithaca/Cornell University (14 miles) and Seneca Falls (26). 

We are around an hour and fifteen minutes from Binghamton, 1 ½ hours from Rochester or 
Syracuse and 2 ¼ hours from Buffalo.

It is a two-story structure with 5 bedrooms—upstairs there are (2) Bedrooms each with a full size bed and two twin beds and (2) bedrooms with a full bed only. On the main level there is one bedroom with a full bed.

There are also two-full bathrooms with one located on the main level and one on the second level.

The main living area on the first floor includes the kitchen and family room. 

The kitchen is outfitted with a range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all utensils, pots, pans, etc. We do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat in nearby Trumansburg.

The family room area sports a cozy, gas fireplace and an entertainment center, complete with a Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, VCR, Tuner , CD  and DVD player. Stereo speakers are also configured outdoors for music listening on the large pressure treated deck overlooking the lake. The bedrooms upstairs 
are spacious, with two of them capable of sleeping 4 (or more) people.

The house is situated on a large, secluded, fenced double lot, with tons of room for children, 
including a two-story playhouse. There is adequate parking for several cars. 

With approximately 130’ of usable beachfront, it is a mere 27 steps down either staircase, to the lake.  Situated on the beach is a large deck that provides ample space to lounge, picnic, etc. An 
area bordering the deck offers adequate room to swim, fish, kayak, etc. Also adjoining the beach, 
is a sturdy, covered dock from which one can fish, or just sit and admire the picturesque view.

This is a very private property with only one cottage on either side. We are separated from our northerly neighbors by a running creek, that pours out to a gorgeous bedrock waterfall.
